All orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Proof of delivery is provided by Royal Mail upon successful delivery. Items are usually delivered between 5-10 total working days.
All orders over 2kg are sent via DPD. Proof of delivery is provided and full tracking is also provided for these orders.
All items on our website are currently in stock unless stated otherwise. Should the situation arise whereby the item has sold out, we will ensure to contact you to advise of delivery times or to arrange a refund of your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for any damage incurred or orders lost in transit by 3rd party couriers. Although, we take every failed delivery as a reflection of our business and will take steps to investigate and resolve the case as best we can. CCG Sales LTD will deem the goods delivered as satisfactory and fit for purpose within 14 days of the goods confirmed as delivered.

Our custom and handmade range is all made to order. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery, this may increase to 28 workings during the busier periods such as Christmas.

All scented corner items are handmade and not mass produced. We always cut off orders on 1st December of each year to guarantee Christmas delivery. Payment plan orders differ to a slight degree. All orders on a payment plan will be received in time for Christmas if the payment plan is confirmed and in place by the 31st October. Handmade orders are non-refundable as per the standard set by trading standings and the gov.uk website.
Customers are liable for any re-delivery charges where items have been returned to CCG Sales HQ for reasons such as non collection from the sorting office or if orders are refused. A flat fee for all orders under 2kg will be charged £3.99. All orders over 2kg will be charged £7.99.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we will refund or replace any items that you are not 100% satisfied with within 14 working days of orders confirmed as delivered. All items must be returned in the original packaging (labels must also be attached), unused and in the same condition as they were received. Buyers are responsible for all postage and packaging costs for any returned non-faulty items. CCG Sales LTD will reimburse any postage and packaging costs incurred for faulty items that are being returned. A refund or replacement of the goods will be processed within 14 days of the goods being confirmed as received. A refund will be issued for postage and packaging costs for any faulty items. You must request an RMA number (Return To Merchant Authorisation) before any goods are returned. Failure to do so may result in a refund or replacement request being declined. All items must be sent via recorded delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.
