All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Tracking information is available upon request. Please note, there is an additional shipping cost for all tracked items. Items are usually delivered between 7-10 total working days. All items on our website are currently in stock unless stated otherwise. Should the situation arise whereby the item has sold out, we will ensure to contact you to advise of delivery times or to arrange a refund of your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for any damage incurred or orders lost in transit by 3rd party couriers. Although, we take every failed delivery as a reflection of our business and will take steps to investigate and resolve the case as best we can. CCG Sales LTD will deem the goods delivered as satisfactory and fit for purpose within 14 days of the goods confirmed as delivered.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, we will refund or replace any items that you are not 100% satisfied with within 14 working days of orders confirmed as delivered.  All items must be returned in the original packaging (labels must also be attached), unused and in the same condition as they were received. Buyers are responsible for all postage and packaging costs for any returned non-faulty items. CCG Sales LTD will reimburse any postage and packaging costs incurred for faulty items that are being returned. A refund or replacement of the goods will be processed within 14 days of the goods being confirmed as received. A refund will be issued for postage and packaging costs for any faulty items. You must request an RMA number (Return To Merchant Authorisation) before any goods are returned. Failure to do so may result in a refund or replacement request being declined. All items must be sent via recorded delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.
